Vagabond Voices: Caragh Maxwell, Demi Anter, Franki Elliot

Franki Elliot 

Often referred to as the poet for people who hate poetry, Franki Elliot is a street artist and critically acclaimed author of three books: Stories for People Who Hate Love (2018), Kiss as Many Women As You Can (2013), and Piano Rats (2011). Her work has been internationally recognized by Paper magazine, The Paris Review, Amy Poehler’s Smart Girls, the Chicago Tribune, LA Weekly, Time Out, etc. She currently lives in Los Angeles. 

Demi Anter

Demi Anter was born to Austrian and German parents and grew up in the Californian desert. Her writing has appeared in numerous journals across the US, UK and Europe, including Banshee (forthcoming), ROPES and Ninth LetterShe has been a featured poet at Glastonbury Festival, Electric Picnic, Poetry Ireland and Cúirt’s Spoken Word Platform. She lives in Berlin.

Caragh Maxwell

Caragh Maxwell is a 25-year-old writer residing in Sligo. She is a student of the BA Writing and Literature programme at I.T. Sligo. Her debut essay The Anatomy of A Sinking Ship was featured in The Irish Times in February 2019.
